Join us for a taste of climbing: Scaling Dartmoor’s rugged tors, the adventurous way! Our public climbing taster sessions are fantastic budget friendly option for having a go a climbing on Dartmoor’s granite tors. In our half day (3hr) sessions you’ll have a few climbs, learn to belay (helping keep your fellow climbers safe) and depending on time and the location possibly a spot of weaselling. No experience needed, and we’ll supply all the specialist equipment. You just need to bring suitable clothing for the weather, a drink and maybe a snack! This adventure will likely be a Hound tor, but depending on conditions it may be move to another nearby location. Upon booking you’ll receive full joining instructions.
